Currently serving as the Director of the Louisiana State Museum system, Mrs. Mackie’s 20-year career in the museum industry started with her work on the development team at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Her unique skills as both a museum executive and licensed CPA were key to her appointment as Treasurer for the Commission. She and her team shine a spotlight on Louisiana’s role in the American Revolution with the Cabildo’s special exhibitions Bienvenue Lafayette! in 2025 and Galvez & Louisiana in the American Revolution in 2026.
