Chairman Michael Bayham || read bio ||

Mike Bayham is a native of Chalmette and graduate of Holy Cross High School and would later earn his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University. Bayham served as a councilman in St. Bernard Parish from 2001-2004, where he founded the Battle of New Orleans Reenactment and later served as an appointed member on the Louisiana Battle of New Orleans Bicentennial Commission. Bayham currently represents St. Bernard Parish in the Louisiana House of Representatives.
